Hi all!

had been trying all possible ways to pair this 2 items; the HR belt of one with the other and the other way around, switch on off, cursing them, biting them, crying... nothing seems to work... I need help !
I just bought for Christmas self-present the following:

Garmin Forerunner 310XT; I have it with speed/cadence sensor and chest belt, all ANT+
Suunto T6D with Dual belt, also ANT+.

My goal its to ride my bike with the Garmin attached to the stem so i get the gps data related to cadence, elevation etc and that the garmin pick up the HR signal of the SUUNTO belt, while I record the workout too in the suunto which has way better data analysis of the HR than the garmin...

Both are new, latest models of their brands... I know the Garmin its able to pick up the powertap ANT+, so why its not picking up my Suunto belt??

Thanks masters of the Ant raspberry

Are you sure that your Suunto belt has the "ANT+" logo?
If it has only the "ANT" logo then it is not possible for your Garmin watch to pick up heart rate data from your Suunto belt.

I have the same objective, but I have been unable to do so....

It does seem that the new Suunto are ANT but not ANT+, so the Garmin won't pick up the signal, which is a shame.

I too would want to ride with my garmin 705 and suunto, but have HR data in the garmin file.

Anyone knows a solution ?

unfortunately there is no solution to getting incompatible devices to communicate.
