Hi Karma

'AT3 RF Transceiver Module' datasheet mentioned that AT3 module is combination of MSP430f22x2/4 and nRF24L01.
May I know the MCU being used inside 'ANT11TS33M5I'? If you have the information about the flash memory of the MCU, that will be better.

Thanks.

Hi,

As you have mentioned, AT3 modules compose of the MCU MSP430f22x2/4 (from Texas Instrument) and the radio chip nRF24L01 (from Nordic Semiconductor).

For more information about the MCU, you will need to contact Texas Instrument.

What about the model of the Molex connector that being used?

I m trying to find a socket that compatible with the connector of the radio modules.

Cheers

Hi,
So does it mean that incase i use AT3 module, i dont need to use additional Host Micro-Controller ?
And if yes, then how can i program that micro controller ?
Regards

Hi,

AT3 modules can be used directly without the need for an external MCU. That is because most AT3 modules have SensRcore feature which is an easy-to-use platform for designing wireless networks. This feature allows developers to load scripts into the AT3 module for configuring ANT channels and setting the device as a master or slave.

Check the product data sheet for your specific AT3 module to see whether or not the module supports SensRcore feature.

However, SensRcore is only suitable for simple wireless network applications. Therefore, whether or not you need an external MCU depends on the complexity of your application.

For more information on how to use SensRcore in an AT3 module, refer to the 'ANT Development Kit User Manual':

Also, refer to the 'ANT SensRcore Messaging and Usage' document regarding SensRcore and how to write the scripts:
