How to config ANTWareII?

I have a bike speed sensor,then I want to get some messages from it, but when I select slave(received) and click Auto-open,The message showed as below:

Auto-Open Initiated...
> Opening Channel...

The original poster in the provided forum thread had trouble receiving data from a bike speed sensor when using ANTWare II. They received timeout and channel closed errors.
