Can I, with reasonable effort, compile ant_lib, in ANT_Windows_library_package, with Mingw?

Probably, as all the code is standard C++. The same code base is used for the Mac version (XCode/GCC). We have never tried using Mingw, and can't provide much assistance with creating the proper make files to build the libraries.
