Hi there,

I'm relatively new to ANT+ and I am looking for a solution of instrumenting a stepper so that data of number of steps and time taken etc can be relayed to a PC, I got the ANT+ dev kit but was just wondering:

Is the dev kit going to be the complete solution for what I'm trying to do? i.e. does it include sensors?

No, it is not the complete solution. The dev kits provide you with the hardware you need to start development on your own ANT+ enabled application.

Please have a look at the Development Kit User Manual, found here. This will help you get started with the development kit.
