I know BLE will support proximity profile for anti-theft application, when ANT+ support it?

as an ANT+ member you can contact us and request we add this feature for your application. Please contact your ANT+ representative...

It is already possible to create ANT (not ANT+) applications using proximity. (see here for more info on proximity: http://www.thisisant.com/developer/ant/advanced-features/ )

New ANT+ profiles are created when member companies request them and are ready to develop products that will use the new profile. If you need this profile to be developed so that your product can be interoperable with others and are interested in becoming a member, then you are welcome to contact us to discuss.
