Now,I am measuring AP2 module(AP281M51B) supply current.
Immediately after power on(all channel not open),
supplu current = 2.7 mA.
Is it right?
I expected uA order.      

No, it is incorrect. I assume that the current capture is the peak
duration of power up.
If there is no active channel/no communications, the ANT will get into IDLE mode. The current consumption of AP2 would be 2.0uA.

In Asyncronous serial mode,
SLEEP = 'L' --> supply current = 2.7mA
SLEEP = 'H' --> supply current = 2uA

[My misunderstanding]
SLEEP must be 'L' during communication with ANT(sending to ANT,receiving from ANT)

But
[correct]
SLEEP must be 'L' during only sending to ANT.
