Hi again, I am using GARMIN speed sensor with ANT usb stick2 on my pc.

The problem is when I use SimulANT+ to search the sensor will fail if the sensor not moving for may be 10 mins, it will turn off and I need to move it for a while to turn it on.

Is that normal or the sensor's problem?

This sounds like normal behavior to me. To save power many sensors disable their radio after a long period of inactivity.
