Hi there,
I try to connect my ebike to a display which supports the ant+ LEV profile.
On hardware side of things I am planning to use nrf52 DK, are there available some libraries
or examples in c code where is used the ant+ LEV profile.

I am looking for the same. I found an OpenSource Arduino library (C++), on Github, for NRF52 that implements the ANT+ LEV profile - maybe it can help you.

I will be using a cheap chinese 15€ dev board with NRF52840, to have Bluetooth and ANT+, and implement the LEV profile for popular cheap chinese mid drive ebike motor TSDZ2 for which we fully developed our own OpenSource firmware: https://github.com/OpenSource-EBike-firmware/TSDZ2_wiki/wiki
