After upgrading to Android, the 11th phone Xiaomi Mia3 does not support Ant +. Ant Hal Service disappeared from the firmware. Help me please.

Unfortunately, this is not a device that has been certified with ANT+. You will have to follow up with the manufacturer directly as they will need to take action to include it.
