It appears that the LEV datasheet is missing the "Current Assist Level Command Flag" and the "Current Regenerative Level Command Flag." Simulant+ has these fields and appears to toggle bits 6 and 7 in byte 2 (Travel Mode State) of DataPage 1 (Speed and System Information)
