Hello, I am using ant_bpwr.c (NRF5_SDK_15.3.0)project, and I hope to add crank length setting based on this program, how do I need to complete it ? See the attachment for information about the current sensor interface thanks a lot

Is your question a "how to do it in SW" or "how does the profile define it" question?

Sections 15 and 15.2.1 of the profile document define how crank length is set.
