The tool required to add ANT support in the Android Emulator (using an ANT USB Stick attached to a Windows PC) has been made available publicly. It can be found on the Android API box on the downloads page (http://www.thisisant.com/developer/resources/downloads/).

Thanks for pointing this out. The original post has now been edited to update the link. All software and documents can now be downloaded from one place (the downloads page - use the tabs to switch between software and documents) so it should be easy to find what you need from there.
