I would like to develop an Android app that could work either with USB ANT-m key, either with native ANT chip (as for Sony Xperia).

Do you know if the ThisIsAnt SDK work with native chip of the Sony Xperia ? what would be the way to communicate with ANT chip of the Xperia ? Does Sony provide driver for the ANT chip ?

     

This SDK is used for talking to all ANT chips, and any application you write using it will run across all native chips, USB sticks and other third-party ANT accessories.
