Could you please tell me something about the reason why the final release still has not been made public. The beta release came out a long time ago. Is there new features added, technical problem, testing?

There are no technical reasons why this device profile has not been made available to Adopters yet - these are all ironed before a member release occurs.
The time gap between a member early release and an adopter release exists in order to allow ANT+ members (who pay an annual fee and contribute towards device profile development) to be the first in the market.
