How is possible for the FE to detect if there is an open display receiving its messages?
Of course, in case the open display doesn’t send any message to the FE.

Hi,

It is not possible for the FE to detect if an open display is listening without receiving a message from it. FE-C devices transmit data as broadcast messages to allow for multiple listeners, there are no acknowledgements that the messages are being received by an open display.
