We're already making a BLE sensor that combines heart rate monitoring with bicycle cadence and running cadence, and many customers are suggesting us to make this sensor also ANT+ compatible. Is it possible that one ANT+ sensor can incorporate more than one set of profile inside. How?      

Just open up a channel for each profile you want to support.      

To add to ifor's reply, each Device Profile runs on a separate ANT Channel. A chip may support anywhere from 4 to 15 concurrent channels. Device Profile documents (available on the downloads page) outline how to open a channel to receive/transmit a particular profile.
