Hello,

I'd like to receive live speed, distance and heart rate from a Garmin Forerunner 620 device in an android app.

The ANT+ Plugin Sampler compiles and runs fine on my device (Samsung Galaxy A3). However, when trying to get data from the Forerunner device (by Stride SDM Display or by Multi Device Search) I don't see any devices to pair to. Any suggestions?

Is the Garmin Forerunner 620 configured to send data?

I just have an Garmin Vivosmart HR+ and there I need to (manually) enable ANT+ Data transmission (just HR) on the Garmin device. Just as side note - additionally my Garmin Cadence Sensor just starts to transmit data as soon as it starts moving...

thank you for your reply. I guess the Forerunner does not send any data. Looks as if it is just a receiver for other sensors :(
