Is an ANT+ evaluation agreement sufficient, when someone builds a Rasperri Pi with an ANT+ stick according to the instruction on the blog of Johannes Bader:

https://johannesbader.ch/blog/track-your-heartrate-on-raspberry-pi-with-ant/

and uses the built Rasperri Pi with an ANT+ stick to collect sensor data from ANT+ sensors for a scientific study, which he publishes in a scientific journal?

Such an implementation would be governed by the https://www.thisisant.com/resources/ant-plus-adopter-agreement "e" i.s particularly applicable.

Evaluation agreements are associated with software stacks for radios and not the ANT+ implementation.

See https://www.thisisant.com/developer/ant/licensing/ for more info.

Note that publication of the ANT+ network key is a violation of the adopter agreement and the agreement at https://www.thisisant.com/developer/ant-plus/ant-plus-basics/network-keys
