I'm a cyclist who would like to create some special Windows app's for my Wahoo Kickr V5 smartbike. I only require a simple reciever of the Klickr's power sensor to build a power meter that can calculate average power during a specified period of time during operation. I want to do this myself for learning purposes and I guess that i will use the ANT+ device profile "PWR" and hence need SimulANT+. It is currently locked for me becouse I'm not a "Adopter". What does this mean? Do i need to be some kind of a registerd developer or what ???
