Is there any way to transmit values out of actual profiles ?

I'm working on power pedals with some new special value
(force pedal offsets ,power ratios , efficency ) used in biomechanics tests .

How can i trasmit these values ?
Is there any way to create new ant+ profiles ?

if you become an ANT+ member, we can work with you to add features to current ANT+ profiles, or work on new profiles.      

We are already ANT+ licenceced member (Studio A.I.P.).

Please tell me if we have to communicate infos within
forum or directly with ant+ people.
