I'm making an app for the iPhone and Garmin Foot Pod.
I use standard initialization sequence and after shaking the sensor the data broadcast will start.
Is it possible to activate the data broadcast from Garmin Foot Pod without shaking the device.

Hi ioleynikov,

Glad you got this sorted out. Usually the foot pod will sleep when it is not being moved to save power, hence why it needs to be moved to wake it up.

Thank you very much for your response and assistance.
I have a problem with the version of the program for the customer from USA.
The program works fine on the iPhone with the Czech SIM card and doesn't want to work with the American. ANT+ interface is initialized successfully but the data did not come from the Foot Pod. I'm not found the error.
Is it possible that the iPhone prohibits work with the sensor without encryption?
I don't use encryption for the European version and it works.
I will be very grateful for your help.
Of course once the program is complete I will offer it to you for testing.

We would recommend contacting the manufacturer of the IOS dongle you are using for support on this issue.      

O.K., this is the right decision. My client works with Garmin support.
