I'm testing CycleOps with an AntStick and ANT_DLL.dll on a PC. If PC only receives messages, all works fine; as PC starts to send messages to the CycleOps, a lot of EVENT_RX_FAIL messages are received.
A message 0x00,0x10,0x06,0x40,0x64,0x00,0x00,0x00 is sent one per four EVENT_RX_BROADCAST received.
Is there some body facing the same problem?

Is the CycleOps you are trying to connect to an ANT+ sensor? All the details of the expected communication with ANT+ power meters are available in the Bike Power device profile; if you need further assistance, I would recommend posting your question on the ANT+ forum.
