If the USB1 driver is installed correctly, you should be able to see the ANTWare running as the screen capture. Otherwise,please check two things:
1. There is no other application in your PC occupied the USB port when the ANTwareII start running.
2. If there was old USB driver in your PC which may be partially installed, you will need fully uninstall the driver first. The attached document gives the instruction to uninstall the current version of the driver.
