I have bought a Mio Fuse device and I am wandering if is possible to get real time data such as heart rate and steps etc. using ANT+ protocol. Is there a way to do so? Moreover is there a simulator in order to begin developing without the use of the device?      

Yes, the Mio Fuse does support ANT+. You may also develop against SimulANT+ which you can use on Windows using any ANT USB device. "Starting your project" is probably your best starting point.
